“The body is brilliant. It’s designed to heal itself. What we do here is free up that intelligence in the body to do its best work– heal, function, regulate, adapt.”

01Who I help

A lot of the people I work with are just going through a rough time in their lives— dealing with high emotional stress, anxiety, sleep issues, pain, or chronic issues that haven't been helped elsewhere. We tend to handle more complex cases, including people who have gone from doctor to doctor or specialist to specialist without getting the results they're looking for.

Most people don't think of going to a chiropractor when they're anxious or overwhelmed, but we're especially good on the emotional and anxiety side of things. Every single person lives their life through their nervous system, and that's really where my work is focused.

You don't have to be struggling to benefit from chiropractic. To me, a sign of health is really: how adaptable are you? I believe maintaining the health of your nervous system is something we can do throughout our lives.

The people who tend to be the best fit for me are the ones who want to be in the driver's seat with their health and accept responsibility for their health moving forward. What I want to create is a lifelong partnership with my patients to help them live the best life possible.

02What working together might be like

Early on, people can feel a few different ways after an adjustment. Some may feel a world of difference right away, while others don't feel much different at first. The most common thing people tell me is that they want to go home and take a nap. This is because an adjustment doesn't heal the person; the person heals the person. Really, the healing starts when the adjustment ends. Over time, one of the biggest changes people tend to notice is greater stress resilience– their body is better able to adapt and bounce back when life happens.

03My approach

A lot of people think of chiropractic as something you go to when your neck or back hurts, but that’s not really how I practice. My work is less about pain or symptom relief, and more about how the spine and nervous system are functioning together— and how the body adapts to physical, chemical, and emotional stress.

04My story

I knew how healthy I was growing up, so I understood how powerful chiropractic could be. Both of my parents were chiropractors, so I grew up in this world. I was checked and adjusted from birth, and chiropractic and natural health were simply how my family approached care.
