This Privacy Policy explains how Whole Collective LLC, doing business as MyBody ("MyBody," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the MyBody website, Care Quiz, Guide application, directory, and related services.

MyBody is an intentional wellness discovery platform. We help people ("Seekers") learn about and discover wellness practitioners ("Guides") who may be a good fit based on what they are looking for. MyBody is not a healthcare provider.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide through the Care Quiz

When you complete the MyBody Care Quiz, we may collect:

• Your first name and email address.
• The areas in which you are looking for support, such as stress, emotional wellbeing, sleep, energy, pain or tension, physical recovery, body connection, or general wellbeing.
• Types of care or support that interest you.
• Preferences about communication style, session structure, and how you like to be supported.
• General context about your day-to-day life or responsibilities.
• Your preference for virtual or in-person care and your general location.
• Information you voluntarily provide in open-response fields, including past experiences with care or other context you choose to share.
• How you heard about MyBody.

Some of these responses may reveal information about your physical or emotional health or wellbeing. Please share only what you feel comfortable sharing. We do not ask you to submit medical records or detailed medical histories through the Care Quiz.

Information you provide through a Guide application

If you apply to join MyBody as a Guide, we may collect:

• Your name, practice or business name, email address, phone number, and city/state.
• Information about what you do and who your work supports.
• Why you are interested in joining MyBody.
• A website, social profile, existing listing, or other professional resource you choose to provide.
• The MyBody profile experience you are considering.
• How you heard about MyBody.
• Other information you voluntarily provide in your application.

Guide application responses are used to review your application and communicate with you about MyBody. Information submitted through the application is not automatically made public.

Information from Guides

If you become a Guide, we may separately collect information and materials needed to create and maintain your MyBody profile, including photographs, professional information, credentials or certifications you provide, information about your practice and approach, interview responses, and other materials you choose to share. Information included in an approved Guide profile is intended to be publicly available.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website, we or service providers that support our website may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referral source, and interactions with the website.

We may use analytics tools to understand how people use MyBody and improve the experience. We do not intentionally use substantive Care Quiz responses or open-text wellbeing information for advertising.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve MyBody.
• Understand what a Seeker is looking for.
• Identify Guides who may align with a Seeker's stated needs, preferences, and practical considerations.
• Review and deliver personalized Guide suggestions.
• Communicate with Seekers about requested matches and follow up about their experience.
• Review Guide applications and communicate with applicants.
• Create, edit, publish, and maintain Guide profiles.
• Respond to questions, feedback, and requests.
• Analyze trends and improve MyBody using aggregated or de-identified information.
• Detect misuse, maintain security, and comply with applicable law.
• Send MyBody news and updates when you have separately chosen to receive them.

3. How Care Quiz Information Is Used for Matching

MyBody uses Care Quiz responses to understand the kind of support, practitioner relationship, and care experience you may be looking for.

Matching may use a combination of technology, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, and human review. At launch, recommendations are human-reviewed before they are provided to you.

We do not provide Guides with your raw Care Quiz responses. A Guide does not learn that you were matched with them through MyBody unless you choose to contact or otherwise identify yourself to that Guide.

A MyBody match is a discovery suggestion based on the information available to us. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a determination that a particular Guide or service is medically appropriate for you.

4. Marketing Communications

Submitting the Care Quiz allows us to communicate with you as needed to provide and follow up on the matches you requested.

General MyBody news, updates, or marketing communications are separate. We send those communications when you separately choose to receive them, such as by selecting the optional "Keep me in the loop as MyBody grows" choice.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending service-related communications connected to a request you made.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell Care Quiz responses or use them for targeted advertising. We do not share raw Care Quiz responses with Guides.

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

Service providers

We may use vendors and service providers to operate MyBody, including providers for website hosting, cloud infrastructure and storage, analytics, communications, security, payment processing, and other business operations. These providers may process information as reasonably necessary to perform services for MyBody.

At launch, Care Quiz and Guide application submissions are stored in MyBody's Lovable Cloud database. As our technology changes, the service providers we use may change as well.

Legal, safety, and security purposes

We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect the rights, safety, or property of MyBody or others; investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business transactions

If MyBody is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

At your direction

We may share information when you direct or authorize us to do so.

6. Sensitive and Wellbeing-Related Information

Some Care Quiz responses may concern your physical health, emotional wellbeing, experiences with care, or other sensitive aspects of your life.

We collect this information to better understand the type of support and practitioner relationship you are seeking. The Care Quiz is not a medical intake form, and MyBody is not a healthcare provider. Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other information that is unnecessary for the matching process.

Information you provide to MyBody is not a substitute for sharing relevant health information directly with an appropriately qualified professional.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, improve MyBody, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect our rights, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you for analytics, research, and product-improvement purposes.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

Care Quiz and Guide application submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in MyBody's cloud database. Access controls are used to prevent website visitors from reading submitted records.

No online system or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you. We will respond as required by applicable law and may retain information when reasonably necessary or legally required.

You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those communications.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We will honor applicable rights as required by law.

10. Adults Only

MyBody's Services, including the Care Quiz, are currently intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the Care Quiz from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have done so, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. Guides and Third-Party Services

Guide profiles may link to websites, scheduling platforms, social media accounts, or other services operated independently from MyBody.

If you choose to contact a Guide or provide information directly to a Guide or third-party service, that Guide's or service's own privacy practices apply. MyBody does not control the privacy practices of independent Guides or third-party websites and services.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as MyBody evolves, including when we add new features, technologies, or data practices. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and provide additional notice when required by law.
