“Fascia is like a spiderweb. If something gets wadded up in one area, it creates tension throughout the rest of the web. What I love about AquaStretch is that we can look at the body as a whole.”

01Who I help

I help people find freedom in their body— freedom to move without fear, play with their grandchildren, garden, travel, exercise, sleep comfortably, and live everyday life with greater ease. I usually work with people who have tried everything else. They may have chronic pain, stiffness, old injuries, scar tissue, joint replacements, neurological conditions, or simply feel like their body doesn't move the way it used to.

I also work with active adults, athletes, ex-athletes, and those “weekend warriors and renegades” who want to improve their mobility and performance.

You don't have to be in shape or know how to swim to experience AquaStretch, just comfortable being in the water. Sessions are completely individualized, and you are in control of your treatment.

02What working together might be like

Many people are surprised by how relaxing and effective the treatment feels. They often leave feeling lighter, taller, freer, and moving with greater ease. We always go at your pace.

03My approach

What I love about AquaStretch is that we address the body as a whole, whereas traditional physical therapy is often more focused on a specific area of the body. With my background in physical therapy, I combine hands-on techniques with the therapeutic benefits of warm water to help the body move more freely and comfortably.

04My story

I was an athlete growing up, and physical therapy felt like a natural fit for me. I played basketball and sprained my ankles a lot, and because we didn't have an athletic trainer in my small town, I started taping my own ankles—and then other people's. That eventually grew into a career where I could help people meet, and even exceed, their goals.

05BEYOND THE PRACTICE

Paddleboarding, spending time with my adult daughters, and country swing dancing.
