“I believe anything is possible for the people who work with me. People have amazing ideas– they simply need the encouragement to do the things they haven't had the courage to do yet, and help clearing whatever's been getting in their way.”

01Who I help

The type of person that would benefit most from working with me is someone who looks around at their life and thinks, "I've done a lot, but I know there's more." I mostly work with women, especially female entrepreneurs, as I am one myself and know exactly what it’s like to have a lot going on and not enough left over for yourself. People tend to find their way to me in one of two ways: some are carrying real emotional weight— anxiety, depression, PTSD. Others are business executives with a lot on their plate who need a little clarity on their next step.

Usually people come to me once the pain gets to be “enough”— realizing they climbed the ladder of success up the wrong ladder into the wrong career, or that their marriage is falling apart, or that there's an illness showing up because of emotions that have been trapped in the body and never released. Once it gets to be enough, that's when people start researching, asking around, and end up finding me.

02What working together might be like

Typically after a session or retreat, people feel a beautiful mixture of connection, clarity, and joy— but the path there looks different for everyone. It’s not a one-size-fits-all. So if you think I could be a good fit for your journey, we’ll start with a 15-minute clarity call to understand where you are, what you’re looking for, and whether I’m the right person to help.

Kim's Space

03My approach

My number one thing with everyone I work with is holding a safe space: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, all of it. I can usually see someone's potential the moment they walk in, but I'm not trying to get them there in minute one. I'm okay with baby steps and being able to help guide on a daily, weekly, monthly basis until they get to where they want to be, as long as there's forward movement.

04My story

The women I help today remind me a lot of who I used to be— taking care of everything and everyone, but myself. I played volleyball, built my business, raised my children, and did all the things, while my own wellness journey was pretty much non-existent. Eventually, twelve years of horrendous stress ripped my gut apart and wrecked my thyroid. It forced me to start paying attention to my own health in a way I never had before.

05BEYOND THE PRACTICE

I am a Mama of 2 teen boys, play women's indoor volleyball weekly, and love to gather people for events!
