“My diverse clinical background means I don’t look at health through only one lens. I draw from conventional medicine, regenerative medicine, naturopathic and functional medicine, and Chinese medicine. Sometimes one discipline reveals a piece of the picture that another doesn’t— and together, they help me understand the person more fully.”

01Who I help

I work with people who want to feel more capable, vital, and at home in their bodies—whether pain is limiting how they move, hormones are changing how they feel, recovery has stalled, or they know something is off even though their standard testing has not provided a complete explanation.

Pain and loss of function are major areas of my practice. A painful joint or persistent injury is rarely just an isolated body part; it can affect movement, sleep, confidence, activity, and quality of life. My approach allows me to consider the structure itself while also looking at inflammation, nutrition, movement patterns, recovery, and the broader conditions that may influence healing. When appropriate, this may include regenerative medicine, peptide therapy, acupuncture, and supportive naturopathic care.

I also work extensively with hormone and metabolic health—from younger women experiencing hormonal concerns to women navigating perimenopause and menopause, as well as men experiencing symptoms associated with low testosterone. Fatigue, sleep disruption, digestive concerns, changes in weight or body composition, and the sense that you no longer feel like yourself are all reasons patients seek my care.

Many people arrive after being told that their laboratory results look normal or after being offered medication for a symptom without receiving a satisfying explanation of the larger pattern. Others are relatively healthy and want to recover more effectively, remain active, or take a more proactive approach to aging and longevity.

Naturopathic medicine does not need to be a last resort. You do not have to wait until a concern becomes severe or until every other option has failed. Sometimes the most useful time to begin is when you first recognize that something has changed.

02What working together might be like

Your care begins with understanding what you want to change and determining the most appropriate pathway for getting there. Some patients need a comprehensive naturopathic evaluation. Others come specifically for a regenerative medicine assessment, peptide consultation, or acupuncture. The starting point should match the concern rather than forcing every patient through the same process.

03My approach

The defining feature of my work is the ability to move between several clinical frameworks without treating them as competing systems.

04My story

Growing up, my aunt lived with my family while she was in nursing school. I remember how calmly she helped me when I got a large splinter in my hand. Watching her care for people, even in small moments like that, inspired me to pursue nursing and help others.
